In ignorance, important archaeological or scientific research sites are annihilated, exchanged for a simple cup of coffee with the fine aromas of tar and neoprene, served by a corporate giant.

Furthermore, illegal deforestation creates a domino effect, where the boundaries of prohibition become increasingly blurred, leading to more widespread destruction. The complexity of the problem also lies in the lack of transparency and regulation regarding authorized land use.
