Cold brew

Cold brew:

  • Place 250g of ice per cup in a French press
  • Add 12g of ground coffee for every 250g of ice
  • Mix ice and coffee
  • Place everything in the refrigerator for 24 hours
  1. 24 hours for a smooth coffee, served without ice cubes
  2. 36 hours for a strong coffee, served with ice cubes
  • Once the ice has melted, push down the plunger and pour the coffee into another container.

In the first 24 hours, the predominant notes are floral and fruity. After 24 hours, chocolatey and woody notes emerge. Do not exceed 36 hours of brewing, as bitterness will increase.
